UGC NET June, 2013 Answer Key, Cut off and Results

UGC conducted the NET(National Eligibility Test) for Junior Research Fellowship and Eligibility for Lectureship on June 30, 2013.

University Grants Commission (UGC) conducts this exam – National Eligibility Test (NET) every year to determine eligibility for lectureship and tor award of Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) for Indian nationals in order to ensure minimum standards for the entrants in the teaching profession & research. The objective written exam is conducted in Management, Social Sciences, Forensic Science, Environmental Sciences, Computer Science, Electronic Science and many other subjects.

This is the third time that the test was an objective type examination. Earlier, the test was objective+subjective type examination.

UGC NET December, 2012 Answer Key, Cut off and Results

UGC NET(National Eligibility Test) for Junior Research Fellowship and Eligibility for Lectureship was held on December 30, 2012.

University Grants Commission (UGC) conducts National Eligibility Test (NET) to determine eligibility for lectureship & for award of Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) for Indian nationals in order to ensure minimum standards for the entrants in the teaching profession & research. The Test is conducted in Management, Social Sciences, Forensic Science, Environmental Sciences, Computer Science, Electronic Science and many other subjects.

This is the second time that the test was an objective type examination. Earlier, it was used to be objective+subjective type examination.

As per our sources, UGC will announce the cut off and answer key of UGC NET,2012 within the next 15-20 days.

UGC has announced the result of NET which was held on December 30, 2012 – visit UGC website (http://ugcnetonline.in/) to check.

PROCEDURE AND CRITERIA FOR DECLARATION OF RESULT:

Step I:
Minimum marks to be obtained in NET for considering a candidate for the award of JRF and eligibility for lectureship:
UGC NET Cut Off
Step II:
Amongst those candidates who have cleared step I, a merit list will be prepared subject-wise and category-wise using the aggregate marks of all the three papers secured by such candidates.

Step III:
Top 15% candidates (for each subject and category), from the merit list mentioned under step II, will be declared NET qualified for eligibility for lectureship only.

Step IV:
A separate merit list for the award of JRF will be prepared from amongst the NET qualified candidates figuring in the merit list prepared under step III.
